Hello, my Pretties!
Recently I won a contest hosted by my beauty buddy, Avi, over on her Instagram profile. The contest was simple. All that needed to be done was submit a photo on Instagram showing off any purple makeup related item. You could enter more than once as long as each photo was different.
I entered a few times and this one was my first and WINNING entry.
I took a photo on my Making Faces book by Kevyn Aucoin showcasing most of my purple tinted makeup. I love purple makeup. Especially eyeshadows!
And here is my PRIZE!
Of course, my main reason for entering her contest was to win a M•A•C item. I don't have much M•A•C at all. I'm excited that this could be used as a lip tint or a blusher. Love multi-tasking products!
I'm thrilled that I won and I'm thrilled with my prize. I love it. Thank you, thank you, Avi, for hosting this contest. It was fun!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Jessica! I'm loving it too. I like purple :) I am dying to try it out as a blush. I will do that next. I know it will look good. I don't have any purple hued blushes so this one is special!
DeleteAfter I took the pics and uploaded it to my computer, I thought, "man, I should of taken a pic on my cheeks!" LOL. I have a feeling it's going to look fab on the cheeks. I'm so excited to try that out. And I will and for sure I will do a blog post on that too :) Thanks for the recommendation on using it for the eyes as a base, I never would have thought of that! Thanks for hosting the giveaway. You made me so happy :)
