Profusion Pearl Eyeshadows: Part 1

Hello, my Pretties!

Long time no talk.

I know today is Wednesday but I don't have a Pink Wednesday post for you all today.  In fact, I am still wearing last week's Pink Wednesday post nail polish, chips and all.  I haven't had time to re-do my nails.  I'm such a bad blogger!

Today, instead, I have a swatch post for you.  A long while back I purchased some Profusion palettes from Dollar Tree for a dollar a piece.  There were three different palettes but I was only able to buy two.  The third one was shattered and it was the only one available.

This is what I used to do this post.  My L.A. Colors Liquid Makeup to use as a base.  My Profusion Pearl Eyeshadows to swatch.  Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion and an old soft rag to remove the eyeshadows from my forearm.

The way I swatched these were by rows.  Row 1 consists of the light pink, cream, brown, white.  Row 2 consists of the coral, orange, bronze, and light orange.  And so on and so on.

Aren't these shadows amazing?  Like, seriously, they are.  So pigmented.  Love them!  I got 20 nice eyeshadows for a dollar!! Yay, me!

My next post will show you these shadows in action.  I did two different looks using this palette.  I'm not sure if that will be up tonight or maybe tomorrow.  Stay tuned!

Luv & Luk,

  1. @Tiffany, it would be so nice if you could find one too. I went to my Dollar Tree a few days ago and they still had them but not that 3rd palette I'm after. The 3rd one had more pinks, blues, and purples. If you find one, get it!

  2. @Jessica, yes, ma'am for a dollar that's a very good deal! LOL. I loved the colors and the texture is smooth. Lasting power was pretty great, actually. I'm happy :)

  7. @Jacquelyn, it is a steal, right?! I'm happy with it. I need to take it out again. I bought it, used it, and it's sitting in a drawer somehere. Always happens. But it's a really good palette :)

@Amber, LOL. I love saying that they were only $1! It makes me so happy. Haha. I love it when I find something good real cheap! And thank you :)

@G-Rizzle, hey you! Haven't seen you in a while. So glad you stopped by. Yes, that bright green shade is nice. I have yet to create something with it. I can't wait though. It's too pretty not to use :)
